At AT YOU, we firmly believe that every child—regardless of where they come from or what background they have—deserves the opportunity to develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills.
Our Online Tutor Program, built upon a structured curriculum carefully developed by the AT YOU curriculum team, connects passionate student volunteers with children around the world who are eager to improve their English. Through engaging, interactive, and personalized lessons, we aim to create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each learner’s pace and needs.
This program is more than academic support—it’s a bridge to empathy and growth. In a relaxed and encouraging virtual classroom, students participate in conversational English practice, vocabulary games, situational dialogues, and more, discovering the joy and meaning of language learning.
Whether it’s helping a child speak their first full English sentence, or encouraging them to confidently share their own story after joining the program, our mission remains the same:
To empower education through connection, and let every moment of mentorship take root and flourish.
Students and volunteers are paired based on age group, English proficiency, and availability. Each volunteer typically supports a small group of students to ensure meaningful interaction and consistent mentorship.
Tutoring sessions are conducted through online video platforms once a week, with each class lasting 60 minutes. Lessons follow a themed weekly curriculum and are designed to be interactive, creative, and engaging.
All lessons are based on a structured curriculum developed by the AT YOU academic team. We provide volunteers with teaching guides, learning resources, and basic training to ensure consistency and quality across all sessions.

“At first, I didn’t understand much and was too nervous to speak. But my teacher helped me patiently and used pictures and games to make learning fun. Now, I can ask and answer questions in full sentences. I even wrote a short story in English! I feel proud of myself.”
